Tariffs Prices (Per Room Per Night) from 01 April 2011 Single / Double Rooms: Rs 3,300 + taxes Children (5-11 yrs): Rs 350 + taxes 3rd Adult: Rs 750 + taxes Prices include breakfast. Taxes are 10.3%. Weekly & monthly stays - prices on request. Check-in Time is 1400 hrs. Check-Out is at 1200 hrs. Occupancy Policy Room occupancy: Maximum 2 adults + 2 children below 12 (or) 3 adults per room. Rooms are designed for only one extra bed (mattress). Payments Bookings will be secured only by 100% advance payment on or before specified pay by date. Credit cards or wire transfers accepted. Cancellation Policy Cancellation is made before 5 days: No charge. Cancellation made within 48 hours to 5 days: 25% of room rent for the whole booking Cancellation made within 48 hours: 50% of room rent for the whole booking Cancellation made in less than 24 hours: 100% of room rent for the whole booking Early check-out: No refunds.
